I just wanted to say thank you for the Pilates class on Friday which really concentrated on exercises for the back. Mine feels better than it has done for weeks. That tube (foam roller) was magical!
Our Monday afternoon Strictly No Falling classis well attended by a friendly group of people who enjoy the benefits of exercise to help improve balance in a happy atmosphere.

The Holmesfield Strictly No Falling class is great, we have lots of fun and laughs while we exercises, and Kerry our teacher, has our best interests at heart, always making sure we are OK. She is wonderful. I do feel the benefit of attending, long may it continue. Mrs H Smith, Dronfield.
